Sweet player.............imo;)

Witsel is a dirty bastard, did you see his tackle against Ancherlect, :crymore:

Anyone want a brilliant young keeper, get Cristiano from Braga absolutly top drawer esp shot stopping.

After spending some time playing other modes (BAL, CL, etc), I will finally start a ML with a created team and default players (Minanda, Castolo,...). I have read this thread and I got some very good tips for the future. Thank you, guys!

But I would like to ask you a suggestion for a CF. He doesn't need to be fast. I like players like Luca Toni (good at shielding the ball and outstanding header).

Any suggestion?

I guess Jovetic is perfect for you.

Thanks, Kaazz!

I have just started. I am now in my first week and I am still spending some time adjusting the default team, changing the training settings, selling some really bad players just to have cash to increase a bit my staff level (I will put coach and fitness to level 2).

And I will definitely try to buy Jovetic.

I have to disagree with Jovetic, he is not a CF imo. I like him as an AM/SS when I've used him. He;s good though.

Nik Bendtner is great in this game and sounds like the type of player you want who is a target man and good in the air. He is also pretty quick for a man his size and is strong. He has been really good for me anyway.

I agree he ain't the best, and might actually be better as an AMF. But SS, only if he is close to the striker. He is pretty shit in the sides. He is the kind of player you only need to give him a pass in the penalty area and he will score. He is very strong, but at the same time very slow. That's why I consider him as a CF and why he is/ will be good for him.

ive signed santon, saivet, wilshere, milner, lennon 4 utd. all of them r good, develop at good rates (actually don't know about milner and lennon cuz i only just signed them, end of first season). milner has surprised me most, he's got brilliant passing, crossing, flair, jus lackin a bit of speed, and has scored 3 goals from the wing in about 8/9 games. lennon is lacking stamina, wilshere has brilliant dribbling (a bit slow), saivet is still developing at a young age and only at 66 yet, so im waiting for at least another year to pass judgement, and santon is amazing; defending especially gets better as the first season progresses

trying to get hold of giovinco, david silva, (one of) van persie, aguero or pato and lloris (seeing as van der sar is retiring after the second season)200

sold park and owen cuz they used to complain too much, and neville and oshea, as i hardly ever used them

i buy overnoor and he went to my bench seat..

me too, he is terrible :eek:hmy: I'm in my second season with Arsenal, we won the league last season, and got knocked out of all the cups in the later stages. Its looking good this season. I just managed to sign Torres for €67 million (don't ask me how). Ive managed to sell a few players to recoup some of the money, I also had an unbeaten run at home for a long time which got me a good 10mil or so.

Almunia's stats steadily decrease from the start of the game and i sold him in the January transfer window of my second season (when his stats were 68). Fabianski is a pretty good 2nd goalie, but I was lucky enough to sign Marco Amelia, 28yrs old from Genoa, a goalkeeper, and his stats are 82. I've only played one game with him so far and he seems solid :)

Next on things to do... sell Overnoor

I bought Lennart Hartmann from Hertha BSC wen he reached 82.
After two years on my team (Chelsea) he only got 74 =D with 23 years. SO BAD!
21 Years and Level 82, I thought this would be my best Buy ever ...

Just purchased Juan Mata. I won't still be using him yet. Voronin is still really a beast so far, and since he is older and has less time to play untill he gets shitty, he is my first choice. I would rather actually get Joe Cole or Silva...But well it was a chance and I jumped on it. He only costed me 14M too, so wasn't a big deal. Still got 60M left.

would any one recomend diego from juventus i will need a new midfielder cause giggs and scholes will be retireing and i only have carrick and fletcher and anderson

I play Juventus, and I would recommend Diego. If I remember correctly, he has a late peak, so his growth pattern is a bit different. But, he does a great job in building the attack and he can blast some screamers into the goal from far away.

But I would like to ask you a suggestion for a CF. He doesn't need to be fast. I like players like Luca Toni (good at shielding the ball and outstanding header).

Not sure on the age that you are looking for, but Amauri is pretty good at shielding/heading plus he has a great shot.

Also, picked up Nasri recently, and he does great in my 4-5-1 setup as an AMF.

Like the 4-5-1 formation as well as it gives some depth in the midfield. Use counter attack and it works better than having 2 up front.

Regarding the attacking player i can recommend Swedish Toivonen from psv. (know i mostly recommend swedish, norwegian and danish players but some of them do indeed turn out to be world class players)

i also got overnoor, i said, oh a player with 82 rating cheap and will join my team, cool, now the only positive thing i can see about him is his strong shots, but they normally dont even end up on goal, he doesnt run fast, cant keep the ball, NEVER makes goal with his head... WTF where are the 82 stats at
