1.Zelda Ocarina Of Time (N64) If you complete this game you are a gamer
Completely forgot about that game. Absolute classic. I can't remember if I completed it or not. Been that long since I played it.
I don't know if I will be able to mention top 50. probably like below 30 are the ones I didn't like.
1.
Final Fantasy VII (
PC)- I've said somewhere that RPG's aren't usually my type of games. And for FF7 to get top of my list says it all really. Absolute classic. I have to be honest and say that I haven't completed the game yet. Got near the end but need to get to a higher level first. I watched my brother as he completed it, never quite saw the ending as our game is pretty old and scratched, and crashes at the end. But I always find myself starting over again.
2.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (
N64) - Might end up getting the old N64 back out to just play this game again. I remember when this game came out and always played it. Everytime I checked in the N64 Magazine, never saw another game get a higher percentage than Zelda.
3.
Pro Evolution Soccer Series (
PS2, PC) - Good game to play your mates or your brother for a bit of fun. I easily get pissed off with poor decisions over fouls etc. But it's great when you score a brilliant goal against your mate or brother or absolutely thump them. I get competitive playing PES against someone else.
4.
Grand Theft Auto Series (
PS2, PC) - I remember when I first got the PS2. sitting in the rain locked out my hows then my brother shows up with a PS2, PES and GTA III. I had played the previous GTA's so I was delighted he got it. but when I put it on, the game basically blew me away. It was like a new generation of gaming. The games are sometimes over quick and you end up just killing people, then stop playing and then start playing it a couple of months later. I just started playing San Andreas it a couple of days ago.
5.
Donkey Kong Country Series (
SNES) - Use to love these games so much and was really sad when our SNES got broke, back then my parents wouldn't just go out and buy another and when they brought out another, I was really disappointed.
6.
Goldeneye (
N64) - Always played this amongst my brothers or mates. One of the best multiplayer games I reckon. We use to have rules like no one could go Oddjob since he's a midgit and hard to shoot him. Always played the story mode all the time. Easy to complete but it was enjoyable.
7.
Star Fox (
N64) - Don't know how many times I have completed this game, but it was a fantastic game. Didn't play Multiplayer that much but always enjoyed completing the game over, and over, and over, and over again.
8.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein Series (
PC) - Probably my favourite online games. Enemy Territory and Castle Wolfenstein both weren't much realistic with the likes of Call of Duty and Battlefield. But what made these my favourite is the gameplay. There was alot of tweaking, movement etc. to help you shoot and trickjump. When shooting someone, it's nothing like Call of Duty, there is alot of skill aswell as tweaking helps to improve on your performance. I prefer Enemy Territory to the original RtCW simply because RtCW was more of death matches and there was alot more objectives in ET.
9.
Super Mario Bros 3 (
SNES) - Can barely remember it, but this was the one I particularly liked. I don't really know why. Might be because you go both Mario and Luigi and you get the feather which I use to love when I was younger. Classic though!
10.
Super Smash Bros Series (
N64, GC) - This is up there as one of the greatest multiplayers in my opinion. Not the greatest fan of the Gamecube, but when I do go back to play it, I usually end up playing Smash bros with my brother. The game is just excellent with constant action and gets very competitive. SSBM is my favourite Gamecube.
11.
Sonic the Hedgehog Series (
SEGA) - Another classic. It use to be Mario vs. Sonic back in the days. Now that SEGA has fell off the wall with the console and Mario now plays every sport in the world, it doesn't feel like the same anymore.
12.
Banjo and Kazooie (
N64) - Been awhile, but I liked B&K more than Mario N64. Can hardly remember much of it but I do remember having enjoyment over the game.
13.
Mario Kart 64 (
N64) - Had a couple of racing games. But this was probably the best for multiplayer. Probably my favourite racing game ever.
14.
Super Monkey Ball (
GC) - Really liked this game. I remember racing and while my brother was winning, my cousin and I were trying to put each other off. He ended up pulling my controller out, but I wasn't prepared to let him win so I threw him into the bunkbed ladders (this was after 3.00 am while my older brother was sleeping. Suprisingly, the noise of my cousin hitting the ladders and landing on the floors didn't wake him up). Good memories.
15.
Conflict Desert Storm (
PS2) - Never actually owned the game. Borrowed it from my cousin and it was different from what I expected, but much better I must say. Never got completing it and never got the sequel either but definitely one of my favourites and hopefully get it in the future.
16.
WWF No Mercy (
N64) - I never owned any of the Smackdown ones for the PS2. I wanted to at first, but now that I have lost interest in wrestling, I never bothered. No Mercy was great for Multiplayer mode. But I hate career mode. My game was fucked up in some way where if I got so far in career mode, my game would just totally erase. Loved doing the Royal Rumbles and me and my mate doing tag teams. Use to play that game all the time.
17.
Escape from Monkey Island (
PS2) - Another game I borrowed of my cousin. I orignially watched him play it, then I played it at his house before he let me borrow it. My older brother also enjoyed it and decided to buy the PC version. Only one problem was that we could never get it to work (had a similar problem with Worms) and my brother ended up selling it to his mate. For the time I did play it. I thought it was amazing. Never been into much of these solving clues type games. Although I had been meaning to buy broken sword. I watched my cousin play the first one I think and thought it was great. I hear the 4th one is coming out soon so I will look out for that).
18.
Football Manager Series (
PC) - I love the FM series so far. Although I get seriously pissed off with it alot when I watch the key moments and see my players wasting good chances or giving goals out of nothing. But nonetheless, it's a great game.
I'm struggling to think of any other games that I might have enjoyed. There might have been some, but I'm just forgetting so I will leave it at that. Sorry for the descriptions after each game. I tried to just list them but in the end I had to say something about them. Just looking at the list. Some I might even start playing again. Might even buy Monkey Island. Probably only be about £5 and will give me something to play other than PES, FM and GTA at the moment.
