PES3 looks even way better than PES2 does. I do agree that the lightning makes it look like the players have grey hair. I suggest you play your copy of PES2 for a match or two and than switch to PES3 or PES4. You'll see the difference believe me... It's bigger than you think. Or maybe you don't...

I've played Fifa 2005 and it's better than the 2004 edition but not by far as good as WE8 (I haven't played PES4 yet). The graphics of Fifa 2005 are imo not as good as they are in PES4. The faces of the players in Fifa do look nice, but their heads never look like a part of their bodies...

I don't have a picture for you but I do have the game WE8 and I can tell you that van der Vaart really looks like himself in the game (best looking alike in the Ajax-squad). I think they will not change it in PES4.

You see wat you want to see right. I don't think that WE8 looks better than PES4, and I have also played PES4 for an hour or something. I see no differences in the way it looks. To me it feels that PES4 is a bit faster than WE8, but it is not a big difference.

I totally agree with the review. 93% is a good score for WE8, without the slowdown I would give it a 95%. The scripted play is indeed still there occasionally and YES, YES, YES the false offside calls are there. But I am willing to believe that it was put in by Konami to make it even more...
