how is it faster? does the ball travel faster? does the cpu defense close on you faster, leaving you with less time and space? or are the overall animations a percentage faster than WE8? thanx.

maybe, or we're just smart ;) . but then again, people in the WE/PES community have higher I.Q.'s :D

it's just me, but i prefer not to assign any celebrations to my players. it can get a bit repetitive, and it seems that the cpu does a good job of juggling them according to the situation. also, if they're not assigned, the celebrations seem more team oriented. off hand, but i can't remember...

got WE8 two weeks after the release date, after reading other peoples views and reviews. main factor for me, is so i would be ready for PES4 straight out the box! in other words, WE8 was for training and learning the system. i love WE8, but i'm also ready for 'no slowdowns', english...

vs. cpu on 6* sounds crazy, but let your cpu defenders do most of the work. no need to keep holding the :square: (2nd player pressure). just press when the opposition ball carrier comes within range of your cpu controlled defender. the only time i try to :x: tackle &/or :circle...

that's what i thought, and it's too bad. it took painstaking time to level out all the retired and classic players to '1', just to see them being incorporated in their full glory in my second season of masterleague :mad:

just my preference to not play with or against 'retired players'

in WE8 ML, i take it this means the player is on international duty. if it is, then that's cool!

did you click on the 'MY' icon in the teams to choose from screen(s)?

damn, i stand corrected again! yeah, i just figured it out. you can randomize, or group the leagues any way you want :D . the hard part now, is to figure out which teams to omit...being that there are more teams to choose from :p

sure, but i'd like it to reflect true life Champions League and UEFA cup qualification. realism.

yup, PK styles are assignable like freekicks. there's 8 altogther, A thru H. also there are 48 goal celebrations to choose.
