Not in the sense that your thinking, you will be able to load the saved option file for we9/pes5 from ps2 to psp but not the other way round, its so you can update the psp version with your edited option file!! hope this helps

go to ajays mod site, it has tutorials on there for pc but is basically the same for all the games, this will give you a ruff idea!!

max drive and xps=xport is the most common!! like zyg said get a max drive the easiest way i feel
