Sorry, I don't think it's possible since you'd have to access the .img files within the BluRay disc which i think is not possible on PS3 (yet?). I may not have explained it clearly since I do not own a PS3 myself, but it's along the lines of what i have explained.

Are you sure you have been patching the files using the correct folders? ie. patching cv_0a.img with the folder named cv_0a.img Cause there are some people that did not understand my folder layouts. Also, if you are using Vista 64-bit, have you tried right clicking explorer, then click "Run...
