What type of patch is it? Does it require KitServer to run, or does it run from the PES2009_EDIT01.bin/PES2009_UNIFORM.bin files? I had a similar problem last year when I was using KitServer, so I stuck with patching the .img files instead.

You have not patched cv05.img properly. With same procedures as you have done in cv01.img, do the same with the cv05.img using the corresponding folder from my patch.. If you continue to have any other problems, please come back.
