It is a bit harder, which is good. If it's too hard, just lower the difficulty. PES4 sucked as after I got too used to it, I had to pick a very weak team to have fun against an all star team. But on this game it's fairly even when I play as a top club vs top club.

Seeing how much patching has already taken place on the demo, and knowing that the file formats look similar to the past versions... I wouldn't be suprised if people come out with patches very quickly.

When you get more used to timing the passes better, it will happen less. Though it's quite frusturating and happens too easily. I find L1+triangle to work more often when passing to the winger like that.

That is why I find balance to be one of the most, if not the most important skill for a striker on PES4.

In "quietest crowd", I ment that they didn't chant. Obviously it's nice to hear crowds cheer when particular things happen in the game, and to hear the whistle. And hearing the sound of the ball being hit helps anticipate passes.

Chanting would be far too bland if it wasn't programmed with incredible detail. I had a chant audio patch on PES4 and it was garbage. I ended up playing as Boca just because they had the quietest crowd.

I could be wrong but I read that the league mode has a cup competition with it. And players can get injured with an icon popping up asking you to kick the ball out. If you do kick it out, the other team will give it back to you after.

Is the injury stat as important as it was in PES4? In PES4, I'd never buy players with B or C injury stats, because they end up going off the field on every other tackle they recieve. (that took away most of the great classic players ;) ) So do you find it useful in PES5 to buy players...

I'll probably play a number of various friendly matches with different types of teams first. To get an idea of how many minutes per goal go by on average. Then I will start a ML with the properly realistic minutes per match.

I was always confused why they had all of those Asian players in there for 200 salary points, when many deserved at least 400. If you wanted to win the league easily, just buy all of those players and get a huge income built up.

I'm highly confused why still, after pes3 and 4, a defender automatically builds a wall on a free kick, when it's over 30 yards out. Even over 40meters, they still make a wall.

In real life I don't think they run away when the ball is coming towards them. I don't know about the full, but in the demo I've had this happen. Particularily on corner kicks, after I score a goal. I'll control a defender, and he will still automatically run away from where the ball is going...

I don't get all of the complaints about fouls. It always seemed realistic to me. This isn't gridiron football... If anything, it's too lenient. I'll often get two or three yellow card fouls in a match that probably deserved a red in real life.

The PES5 demo on PC doesn't support 360 degree analog. I doubt the full game will... anyone know?
