Yes, to get the full option file you need to copy all the kit templates, but it's worth it, it will take 5 or 10 minutes, but then you will have all the kits from the option file

Theres no need to copy System Data files in PES option files, because all the relevant data is in the kit template files and the Edit Data file. The System Data file just contains your progress in PES, ie unlocked players etc, which can't be copied from another users System Data file. Copying...

Theres a list of the unlockable players at this link. I think its been updated since the DLC because new players like Kily Gonzalez and Wagner Love are on it. It has the players fake names and real names, but it doesn't tell you what competitions you have to win to unlock them...
