I am wondering what the strategy guide has to say about this. My thinking is that the analog is inferior as there's no truly analogue movement in the game (8 directions = 8 directions), so you get more precise control from the Dpad. I'd love to know if there's a good reason to use the analog.

Yeah, but even a player with 100% stamina left will drop below 50% in the course of the game. Anyone who starts with less than 100% will just get there that much faster. IE if you start a player just because he has 51%, he will have under 50% within 2 minutes of running around.

My Henry doesn't get caught. Check stamina levels and make sure you know how to super sprint (hold R1 and tap the direction you're running, or just tap R1) ... As for touch, you'll learn that soon. It's really all up to the player.. if it bounces off your feet funny then you did something wrong.
