Yep, just download the latest .NET Famework. I think it's 3.5. By the way, be careful with that program. It's in Beta stage and it's still highly bugged. For now i'm only using it to change nationalities and names. It looks very promising though.

The one i posted ealier is shite. You cannot edit an existing option file because when you save what you have edited it makes a new file, so it is only useful when you edit one from scratch. Besides, the players are in no apparent order, so it's a pain when you're looking for one. I found...
