Yes, you're right, if you create a team with your friends your work will be lost if you put another OF over yours. In this "special" situation what I can advise you (if you want of course), is to make your team and friends, and do all the missing transfers you (and others) may find by yourself...

Never tested it, but my guess is you won't, just because the default formation is based on the data on the OF and if you don't apply the data from Konami you can't access it, get it? ;)

I've created many new players on almost every team. I also know that most probably not all winter transfers are on our OF (even konami doesn't have all of them). But I would that the way the OF were edited are pretty good for all of us. I also know we aren't perfect and we miss some transfers...

Basically... for both :) If you're using an OF from Daymos, whatever version, you should choose NOT APPLY I just advise to APPLY konami settings if you don't have any OF, just the Konami default one. This way you get more accurate players and lineups for the licensed teams.

First of all, all created teams get players reseted to 23 on all teams. Some of them get to random places... other teams, free transfer, etc And that's what I saw in 5 minutes, maybe more stuff will be missed. For me and Daymos it's a complete waste of time to get all stuff properly done...

Yes, I personally created much more than 100 new players... (all stats done from PesStatsDatabase or imported from Football Manager 2011)

We can always use our OF, list the teams and players and then on the PES options Apply the starting lineups (that will apply konami transfers and players). But beware that will be a LOT of changes...

We've done all known transfers (to us) in all leagues. I also have done transfers on South American teams (dunno about Daymos)

The v3 file that will be released is already done after the konami update, so no questions will be asked if you need to update this or that ;)

Not really, you guys need to download the konami update because both v3 OF will need it to work properly. If you don't do the konami update the OF will be in a different version than your and you couldn't use it. As for the starting lineups, as I said before, if we use the Konami ones it will...
