That's why you buy the formation changer and apply it to your players ;) Try not to pick 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-4-3 or 4-2-1-1 as I think they're the most generic formations, and the consumables of those sell for a shit load. I play 5-3-2 and pick up a formation changer for about 150-200 coins ;)...
