There is no silly question, only silly answers ;) But unfortunately, there is no way to get that on PC. It is only possible the other way (from PC to PS4) but not from PS4 to PC.

as far as i know, at the moment there is no way to convert the imports from PES 2017 to PES 2018. Maybe one day someone finds out, with HEX editing or some other tricks to make that possible but at the moment, unfortunately there is no possibility for that.
