He's an ML Default player (in which case he's pretty dire), or he can pop up as a youth team player if you started with a team's actual players (and he'll be rated better the more you invest in your youth setup).

I couldn't see the ball in Wide, so I played with Normal Long for a while. Recently, though, I switched to Vertical Wide Player and I like it a lot. Makes it WAY easier to get shots on target, though it is more difficult to tell if your teammates are onside or not.

I *think* I got it when my teamwork hit 90. Don't know if it's tied to other stats, though.

Means they have one of the cards that can be switched on/off, like Anchor Man, Incisive Run, etc... Doesn't look like your BAL character can get those, since you can choose to do the things they enable regardless.
