I think whats happened is that yes, they are pretty much the same game, but Winning Eleven's demo is based on a more complete version of the game than our PES demo. I'm downloading it right now but it's taking avery long time.

For the first time in 10 years, I've ordered it, and it feels good. PES is coming too, but I'm far less excited about it.

on the WENB podcast they are saying that they are HAPPY with the latest demo :/

Everyone knows the PC version is terrible. There's no contest on next gen for me judging by the demos. I am getting both, but expect to be disappointed by PES.

I'm not sure how you can call it a kid-game. It certainly used to be that way, I used to say the same. I know this thread isn't supposed to be about FIFA vs PES, but both have gone in the opposite direction I would say.

great story, compelling and rich. Can't wait to play with more teams, getting tired of the demo.

He was consistently winning last night too, getting very cocky saying I'd never win again, I was Chelsea, he was Juve, and I just couldn't get the ball. So I changed to Barca after 3-1 and 4-0 defeats and the tables turned completely and I was winning. Different playing styles and teams really...

I had this same conversation with my brother last night, he goes for the chip every time. Unfortunately, he doesn't agree with me.
