I've seen that dancing GIF before and if that is any indication how much concentration the has been put into PES3 I think Konami deserved to be applauded.

I don't see the PS2 version being different. And if it was, it seems pretty pointless to me. I suppose Collina could be a good choice because he's such a dominearing authorative figure. I could see Konami shelling out for him.

Maybe some people don't have the money/time to get their PS2s modified or chipped and would prefer waiting for a fully English PES3.

Well, all PSOne discs are CDs and most PS2 games are DVDs. Is that the case with you? If so, it could be a voltage problem. We used a Q-Tip with some rubbing alcohol to clean my friend's lens, not a cloth, as instructed by this guide. It has a voltage section too, so you might find that helpful.

PES3 will be coming out for the PC sometime this late winter. That should mean that it will only be sold in Europe and other predominantly PAL nations. Of course, as with all PC games, it can be played on any PC so it is just a matter of getting hold of a copy. I found this link while surfing...
