I'll be suprised if PES09 is, I imported Madden nfl 09 from the states and it worked fine. PS3 games isn't region blocked as far as I know.

Hi Guys, Some guy in the PES08 discussions said that there is a PS3 patch available to change the adboards, balls, logo's etc. to licensed ball types, CL adboards, logo's etc. do any of you know about something like that?

I prefer the PES6 way, then you can choose who you would like to unlock, not going through all the trouble of winning a certain cup/league just to see you unlock the 5 worst players in footballing history
