You should have Backup Edit files in your Application Saved Data Management on your PS4. Delete the EDIT file and re-launch the game and will pickup the Back Up EDIT file.

It is due to licensing issue. Brazil teams do not operate under FIFPro license. They actually operate under individual player licenses. That is why we do Option Files on PES games -- Unfortunately, Xbox One does not allow the sharing of Option Files so must be hand updated on Xbox One.
