You can decrypt a 19 TED and load in it TED editor and copy players to a 20 team -- though there is a few bugs that need solved after saving 20 TED file and importing.

TED Editor only imports 19 TEDs, so can't import 18 TEDs. Even if you could import 18 TEDs, face would be unlicensed if player no longer in game. EXAMPLE - If you import 19 TED to get John Terry, you would get the unlicensed version of him as he is no longer in the game.

If real face was in game before and not now, then say you use TED Editor to import PES 19 players, the real faces will not carry over.....will be unlicensed face of the player......this is for PS4. PC you can make licensed version faces work.

Seeing as he is using 2 teams from PLA to complete Copa Libertadores, I do not see that being vialable option as would leave 18 teams only for MLS. Plus that would take teams away from Copa Libertadores. Another option is installing the MLS over the Colombia League...
