Does anyone know if it's always the same amount of time the flashing red arrow lasts for? ie is it 'x number of games' or 'x number of weeks'? I tend to play a player as much as possible during his flourish, resting him as little as possible.

Jump = how high the player can jump off the ground. Header = how well/accurately the player can head the ball. In Master League, with regards to training, you improve heading with the 'Shooting' training option. 'Physical' improves the jump attribute.

Yeah... I never play for that long. In PES 6 I once split one of my MLs into 2. So I played for the usual 5 season, saved my team data, then played for another 5 and saved my team data as a new team. But that was back when you had the likes of Shimizu etc.
