The com teams will pick they're own side whatever you change. If you change the actual formation though I think you'll have to start again to see it in effect.

I don't think so. I unlocked the lot and he wasn't there for me. There was a similar guy though, he was called Heinrich Hausen, bald and strict. Although he was on the box, Collina was lisenced to FIFA and couldn't appear in the PES apparently.

Me and the lads have been using Johan Jansen (Dutch) recently. We normally pick a ref for every session to see who is the best, so far he has been good. Sent a few players off and he isn't shy with the yellows. I like a strict ref.

If you change stats for a player and go into ML mode, his stats will be the same as they were on the default option file. The appearance will be as you put it, but the attributes (apart from special stars I think) will return to default. I don't know why this is, but I tried to buy my Dream team...

You do realise that when you go into Master League all the players return to their original stats? I'd say the toon were about right anyway. Apart from Lee Bowyer should have OMF and CMF on his positions.
