I can't delete the DLC as the game then doesn't startup correctly... I lose all of the edit files. This is ridiculous! In fact, I just realised it only seems to crash when I try and edit an imported base copied player from PES 2012.

Nope. Doesn't work! All pre-set faced players from 2012 now have a default face. Players with created faces remain un-touched but they'll be bald if pre-set hair was used.
