This has only happened since the new DLC, but sometimes randomly during a match I lose control of all my players i.e. it reverts back to the computer. Then the next time the ball goes dead it's fine again. My goalkeeper also disappears during this. Anyone else seen this since the update? Or...

Sounds like your Option File might be corrupted. Try deleting it (or moving it to another folder) and then starting a new one, downloading the DLC again if you have to.

This has always been an issue for me in PES games. Years and years of master leauge and only one or two injuries. Don't moan about it too much though, or else they'll get it wrong the other way and your players will be all in wheelchairs.
