Indeed. It's a point that I've made many times myself. The PES scripting can be easy to spot, in fairness, but it never feels out of place... if you know what I mean? It normally just involves the AI going into "God mode", rather than outrageous instances of AI buffoonery that you get in Fifa...

It's a poor job that they can't get squads/lineups right (even for bigger teams - eg Neil Taylor in DMF for Swansea!). And they wonder why people stick with Fifa every year.

In PES it feels like it just does the scripting, in Fifa it feels like it mocks you with it.

I haven't played that many matches yet. I have noticed a bit of scripting, but up to this point it doesn't feel quite as obvious and blatant as previous games, and it's certainly not up to the standard of Fifa 15's scripting, which is the worst scripting I've seen in any football game ever...

I haven't really being paying attention to the types of bugs, but rather the amount. A lot of bugs when importing your LBP2 data, which you might not be concerned with. There is a bug report forum on one of the major fan sites that's already 19 pages long, so not a good sign.

Where do you go to see how players are developing? Is there a development curve graph like in the old games?

I signed him on Fifa a couple of season into the game for about £11m. 6 months later I sold him for £30m. :lol:

Will they be updating the squads? It's annoying me that players who've played in the first team this season (including one who has scored) are missing from the Bolton team.

Phatmann - how are you finding LBP3? I hear it's full of bugs, which is surprising for a next gen release (he says sarcastically), so I'm kinda holding off until a lot of the bugs are fixed.

Midfielder was probably low 60s to start with, keeper was high 60s. I've seen it where some players ratings go up quite a bit when out on loan, and some don't go up at all. I wonder if each player has some sort of hidden development curve (if you cast your mind back to PES ML).

Yeah, I mean the fake youth players. I normally try to sign and then loan them out if I can. I have a few decent ones. A 17yr old 74-rated gk and a 20yr old 76-rated midfielder are the pick of the bunch.

Just ask a mod or an admin.

Is there a slider to reduce the amount of slide tackles the CPU team does? Just played a match, and no joke there was about 30! And my players keep hurdling them, which means the ref doesn't give a foul, but it still fucks up my move!

Was saying the other day to someone else, that this is the only genre of videogame that does this. You don't play a shooter, press the shoot button and it decides to throw a grenade instead. You don't play a racing game, try to turn left and it decides to go right.

Check your email account (the one you use to register with PSN). They should send you some sort of confirmation. You may have had money already on your account, perhaps from a voucher?
