As far as I know, anything within the ML stays within the ML. So the player attributes (perhaps even appearances) won't be affected by anything you do in edit mode, or any live updates.

It annoys me that so many passes go straight to the opposition player. If they're somewhat in the way of where you want to pass, there's a good chance that the ball will land directly at their feet.
