Is there any word from Konami if you are able to transfer option file data somehow to PS4/Xbone? PS4 has something called "cross save" (used for titles such as Hotline Miami that appear on multiple platforms - ie PS3, PS4 and Vita in this case), so they may be able to do something with this...
