Most likely reason is they both have duplicates, so unless you replace the fakes in the NT with their duplicates at Gamba Osaka & Al Ain then they will appear in ML

You should be able to just change his face & hair back to the default as he wasn't removed by the DP

It will go back to the default for the fake player. One way around it is to base copy your created player over the player who's face you want, then default the face & base copy back over your fake player then default the player who's face you used.

Yeah the digital version will automatically install the DP's, with the physical version you should be able stay offline & do what you need to. Yeah you could, like I said before I wouldn't bother doing it unless you really want a particular face.
