Going on previous years new data packs just reset your transfers & the nationality of fake players. Everything else such as team names, kits, etc remains.

You can just use those players to create a different player not already in the game, I do this every year.

There has been no confirmation, but I believe PS3 kits will be the same as PES 2015 (so all individual parts). I doubt every CL/EL team will be in the game as EA have exclusive agreements with a lot of teams.
