Yeah I do quite often, when playing against my brother if i'm handing his arse to him I'll bring on a youngster for one of my seasoned pros just to wind him up. Sometimes I'll bring on a replacement defender for one who's been booked if the oppo have a pacey striker and the risk of a second...

Don't mention it. I think the thing is, they took injuries at that time into account when they did the line-ups. Hence the reason Steve Harper is the default keeper at Newcastle. Shoddy work from Konami really but hey, so are a lot of other parts of the game!

Hmm, let's be honest mate, people like Rafa Benitez don't know the starting line-up 5 minutes before kick off ;) Generally I just leave the formations as they are for sake of ease, and then pick the players who generally play in the Prem.
