Torch could be great. They should make the mines and caves pitch black so you only have the torch to light the way. Also hoping the entire game will be shroud in darkness.

Once you get Napoleon you can download the expansion of the Peninsular War via steam which is very enjoyable I have to say.

Just a quick recommendation for a mod for Napoleon btw. The Khartoum and Zulu mod is fucking incredible. Please download and play it. Its one of the best mods I've ever played. Here are a few screens:
