I'm guessing save game files are located in: C:\Users\<Your Username here>\My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 or somewhere similar. As such, by uninstalling the game and reinstalling, you should either automatically have your saves available or should be able to copy the saves...
