PES games are usually released later than FIFA, and maybe that's why their news is released later.

Funny how he mentions how late he works, as if it would make us more appreciative of their hard work. I expect them to be working hard. If they're finishing at midnight each day, then be more efficient and organised.

I like the look of it, but the appreciation of the menu graphics will be fleeting, in my case. I liked the PES2009 set up, initially, but didn't take notice soon afterwards. I just want to play the game.

I still play the game on career mode. I'm gonna keep going until I get into the Hall Of Fame. Even though I've improved, playing online is annoying. As well as the lag, everyone seems to play for the reversal/counters.

I think the captain should always approach the ref when one of his players gets booked. It would also be good to see some players talking at the ref with their arms restrained behind their backs.

:D Says it all, really. When I bought my new one from Curry's, I also bought their three year protection guarantee. If I wished to, I could "accidentally" break the 360 and get a brand new one, no questions asked (apart for "what's wrong with it").

I used the Firfox add on AdBlock. You can right-click on the image/advertising area and choose to block the source material. Unfortunately, I now mainly browse the site from work, so I'm burdened with women groping their own stomachs to show how fat they used to be.

I actually enjoyed 2008, although it was far from the best Konami have produced. There were a few too many niggling problems, but not enough to detract from the good gameplay. PES 2009, on the other hand, is pretty poor. I'd like to see some video footage and more news of other innovations...

The Create Setpiece is something I've wanted for ages. What wanted was something similar to the NFL Madden games, where you have a selection of tactics, but that looks like you can create your own, unique setpieces.

Yeah, the tactics section looks promising. The clearly "adopted" some of FIFA's inovations, but what's that saying? "Talent imitates, genius steals"?
