Sorry, that old link is now broken...i just updated it a new one. Theres a PES2008_EDIT01.bin file somewhere within the patch, put that in My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer\Save. You might want to back up your original PES2008_EDIT01.bin first just incase. This should do it for you...

No, these are just the teams unlocked, for the names changed, you need another file (PES2008_EDIT01.bin to go in My Documents\Konami\Pro Evo 2008\save). There are many of these edit files around the forum already, but not yet provided within this patch.
