Yes I agree.But I don't fully agree because if your stamina is half you can "skip match" and I don't get subbed in every match. I get to play 90 min. I guess the manager have to earn your trust.

I got it in my 4th season. 1 season = 16 goals 2 season = 52 goals 3 season = 73 goals 4 season is not finished yet, but I scored over 30 goals so I have over 200 goals.

In the game, it doesn't make a difference. I usually put the the original team's captain in the ML.
