I ranted and raved about the ML in a previous thread and surprise surprise I got people slinging crap at me for whinging. I TOTALLY agree with you Tech, I quit my ML after the half way point of the season. Why? Too flipping easy to buy good players but then stupid and lazy AI ruining...

I don't feel in full control of my players either - especially when off the ball, for example, I'm using the right analogue stick for Jostling and attemtping to apply pressure and the two systems are a pain to execute together - from my perspective - the most annoying part for me is the AI on...

I've played both and I agree with Amateur ... they are absolute dross. These are not football sims of any realistic quality - it'll happen in time granted but not for some years yet.

That's about 1000 players though and even copy basing the better ones means missing out on some who may have outstanding growth curves. It doesn't seem an easy venture.

I want to see leagues have their own cultural styles instead of playing only one way. Spain, France, Italy, England and especially Holland have a unique style of football in their leagues that is inherent within their culture. This is an aspect I think that must be coded on the next PES

My issue with strategies is that it has been expanded to the point of conflicting with itself. Strategies should be refined to one section or that the manual system should augment the main strategy system without radically effecting it. I use the manual system and the selected strategy works...
