Well yes. It's a reference point or for people who want to export players to have all of the correct motions/stats. Appearances will cause errors though. I've got a hold of it to export players like Mu Kanazaki, Rene Santos (now back at Gremio) etc. for the European game.

Nah. I have the PC version of the game, the converter for PC faces is the only one that doesn't work properly. The palette gets gubbed. The diameters of the face convert correctly, but the actual image texture file comes out black/multicoloured. Very annoying!
