For details, it would be best for you to Google the subject. Basically, all motherboards these days are 64-bit. They can run both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of XP and Vista. However, the 64-bit version can have trouble with 32-bit software (i.e. games) and require additional drivers or such.

By the time PES7 comes around Vista should have seen at least one Service Pack similar to the two released for XP. I envisage relatively new games will be working perfectly on Vista by August. EDIT: I've just checked. PES6 supposedly runs fine in the 32-bit version of Vista but has problems...
