Yeah I had that problem with Hong Kong and also Cook Islands, ggdaris also had that problem with some other team I can't remember. I believe it's a random bug. Try those solutions ;)

I think 2. Bundesliga will replace Serie B and then 1. Bundesliga would go to Serie A, so yes, it will be possible, but the number of teams won't be correct because Serie A has 20 teams (Bundesliga only has 18) and Serie B has 22 teams (and 2. Bundesliga has also 18 I believe).
