^^ A combination of the two even. Have the game use as many png files as you need for the tops (the whole top not some choice of dodgy shaped template at the front), shorts, socks, balls and boots. Surely there's nothing EA can do to stop Konami giving us the option to import custom png files...

Me too, Germany at least have most of their first team squad in the top teams in Europe so you can transfer the correctly named versions for the made up versions.

Should be a lot more options in the list like there are for strips. Isn't there only about 8 different types of sock design? :huh:

It would be nice to see at least every national team with correct names. Obviously the more licensed teams the better, especially the big nations like Germany.

With the PES series always having 8 way movement the analogue takes too much effort to move the players compared to the D-Pad which slows responsiveness. However if 16+ way movement is ever implemented then the Analogue stick would be the one i'd use.

They've already mentioned you can have untucked shirts in 2010 which was last available in PES6 so hopefully the other things missing from the PES2009 edit mode that were in the PES6 edit mode are in too.

Nice idea, especially in the Master League. Can have the option in the management section to pay for a relayed pitch when it gets really bad.

I'd like to expand on the idea and have the score and time locations adjustable too. So you can have them anywhere along the top of the screen and you could position them to both be in the same place.

You could do that since PES2008 but it does need tweaking. Should have the option to change the eyes like the normal edit mode. Looks silly the scanned players staring forwards all the time whereas the built players look around and blink.

Agree with all that. Most of the time in PES you're viewing it from wide or broadcast which negates the advantage of 1080i/p anyway plus, with consoles you're not close up to the screen either.

I agree, its not that difficult to implement either. There are plenty of patches on the PC version that do just that thing. I'll add one thing, it would be nice to change the colours of the abbreviations to match the kit used.

HD really means the quality of picture not the resolution but it has been synonimous to the resolution since HD TV's have been in place. The main reason for most X360 and PS3 games being stuck at 720p is due to them both using 4 year old Graphics card technology although with a few tweaks...
