I am playing it on the PC.....and I have no such problem....if it turns out that the black hair issue is in the full version (which wouldnt totally surprise me to be honest...then I will just stick to the bootleg I have got and use the gen DVD key for online)

Yes....that is what it tells you. But I will expect it to be 2-3 weeks before it is functioning properly and even then by 'properly' I do mean to a minimal standard of acceptability.
