You don't really need a manual, it's virtually the same as the PES6 one. And there's nothing in the manual that isn't explained ingame (or more clearly online and in the forums!). Try formatting your memory card and see if that helps. What kind of problem does it mention? If it just stops...

Try not to confuse option files with patches. They are very different methods of altering the game.
