I really wouldn't worry too much about positions, we'll probably never have more than 8 on, and even that we can always split in two.

That 7-0 thrashing was a real eye opener. 0.61 rating. I think we need at least four people to work successfully. One on ANY, one in defence, and two up front. 5-6 IMO is the preferred, a couple just behind the strikers. Any more than that and you confuse things too much.
