Alot of people say 1.6 is better (something to do with the aiming) but as I take you own neither I'd get source. Besides the graphical difference between the two is major, 1.6 just doesn't cut it any more. And as Mr. Pain said, if you get source you can join in with us at some point. ;)

Anyone used garrys mod? It's basically a mode for half life 2 which turns the game environment into a playground, using the physics, levels & characters from HL2, CSS & custom models. Makes a great opportunity to make some funny pics. Here's my first: :D

Yeah you can Dan. Use the "save state" option. Then you can keep retrying till you finish it. I know it's cheating but those games were alot harder than the games of today. Once you died that was it... "game over!" Thanks alot dcontrol, awesome! :D
