Not that I found, the memory card approach wouldn't work. I can't copy over save games from the memory card to the 360 harddrive for any of the Xbox 1 games I own. Surprisingly even some everyday 360 games won't let you copy save games over from the memory card to the harddrive (e.g. DOA4)...
