No, although I have played DMF and I'm a AMF... Just depends on what position is available at the time. Remember like you said, your not the great player when your starting off... But, the AI ain't smart enough to realise Alonso or Masc will play better in DMF... I don't edit, and really you...

Yes, but, you only get strength exp points not match exp points. Also, if you skip too many games, the current team your with will not renew your contract.

You get match exp points for playing in matches and playing well, strength exp points will stay the same each match.
