Keepers could get red cards ever since ISS Pro Evolution. And it's been in every game following it. It doesn't happen very often but when it does, it looks well class. :D

Yeah I've just noticed the one handed saves myself. It looks spectacular when keepers can make a save with the wrong hand. ;)
