Nope, AI clubs are all Lv.1 from my experience. You have to buy them & train them to level up.

Wow! Nice offers there, I would have accepted that as well. The largest I've seen so far for one of my players is 75mill for Morata rated 96 OR. Yes I also like this aspect of the game. I've got 8 Grand Masters and 2 Maestros (both Lv.3) My regen players are really developing at some speed...

How much did you get for him if you don't mind me asking? It's a shame you'll miss his juicy 'Legend' training boost and extra revenue but as you say his wages are very high so its probably worth it. Enjoy developing your regens, for me one of the best parts of the game :D

Yes but his stats will be a lot lower than he was at his peak for Barca at the start of the game, so you can rebuild them up again and in most regens case surpass the originals.

Are you talking about regen Iniesta? I just signed him up as a regen last night but haven't had a chance to look at his stats in detail yet. I assume all his other passing stats are quality?

Yes you're right, it is ridiculous, but its Konami...plus after 8/9 seasons when all the current stars retire you would be left with a load of no-name kids with fake names. Once you get past the whole 'regen' thing and just treat them like normal players it gets very fun! :D Nice team...

Its all random, whenever the game feels like it. As long as the player is between the ages of 15 - 23/24 and has the 'still developing' status it can happen any time in their career. I don't think consistent strong performances lead to it ether, thats more to do with the players team role...
