Try overwriting just the data file from 1.2 onto the PS3 again - sometimes the game's data version overwrites the option file. it's a common mistake to install the option file on a not yet up-to date game, the trick is to make sure your game say's game version 1.2, data version 1.1 before you...

In theory, It should work, but to be on the safe side, i'd do the updates separately. mind you, once you've done the first two big installs, the 1.2 will only take a few mins - and for the sake of a few extra minutes, it's worth doing it all properly, judging by the finished article! :)

Yes, you install all 514, most of them are face scans, then 1.2 is a small update....it'll be worth it though bro, the option file is amazing!
