Does anyone know of a shortcut where we can recruit players from the club and draft them to their national team. Eg. I have always wanted to use Alan Shearer in the England team. I can find him in Newcastle. How can I draft him into the England team. Comments appreciated.

There is a lot of white lines in between the Manual and S-Auto. I was told that it helps to control a player's movement. I have tried both extremes and could not detect any difference. Could anyone advise?
